Controlling your emotions is easier said than done but at the very least you can be aware of them. Most crypto investors were probably euphoric when BTC was at its recent all time high and recently many have been despondent. It's safe to say if you are feeling some element of that then many other people are as well. It's a market sentiment indicator in some way. 😅
