I don't really know what that dude is thinking and what might his intentions be, but i know for sure but that he grew many haters..
In my country often when we have to "curse" someone with a more funny way we say "Να σου καεί το βίντεο κερατά" which can be translated "may your VHS burn you cuckold", in Elons case i have to change it a bit to "may your rockets burn you cockold".
