What does "ninja mined" mean? I see this term often in some Hive reports but I'm not completely sure what it is.

Will Hive ever see a "Hive Backed GBP" or "Hive backed JPY" as a diversification away from the USD?

I noticed that Vibes Hive Engine token does not distribute when claimed for a while now. Does this mean that token has gone bust? Thinking along these same lines, how can a token just stop if Hive Platform and Hive Engine is truly decentralized? Or is it that all Hive Engine tokens are centralized?

How would you explain Hive to someone who is not terribly tech savvy but wants to earn extra money online? This person is also unbanked for reasons I can't get into here but they are tech savvy enough to play games on their phone.
