Why Apple products are so expressive?

We all know that Apple products are very expensive. Not only this, they are also raising the prices of their products and putting the purchasing power of the customers in a challenge. Apple is a trillion dollar company with a market capitalization much higher than Switzerland's GDP. So why Apple's products are more expensive than other company's products. Is it because of those customers who are willing to pay any price just by looking at the Apple brand logo?

If you own a high quality product like the iPhone, iPad or MacBook, you will have to pay a separate price called Apple Tax. This tax is to be paid for the top premium products. Apple makes a lot of money through their ecosystem which has become a normal thing for Apple customers. For example, Apple's iPad was initially priced at 399$ and later rise to 579$. But that's exactly how Apple is able to make this extra money out of the pockets of its customers.

Just think Apple sells their 256GB storage MacBook for 1299$. On the other hand, Microsoft can offer its customers more advanced space-rich laptops at this price. Understand that the price of Apple and Microsoft laptops are the same, but Apple will lag far behind in terms of quality. Apple does not offer discounts on entry level items.
