Today marks 25days I will join this community. At first sight when I was invited by @akinwunmi294, I didn't want to take it serious but after perceiving the great advantages in the platform, my initial thought change, my moral grow and my orientation change as well. Several activities have been attributed to this positive changes.

The first thing is written skill improvement.
This platform has really helped in terms of writing skill . Writing is not an easy task, you must think widely and read well before you will be able to put something down. And the most flabbergasted part in the platform is that you are being rewarded for each article you posted. This is another factor that boost my moral. With this, the effort I put, my time and brain is not wasted.

Furthermore, apart from the fact that I earned from this platform through posting, I have gained alot from this community too through reading good content and article posted by the members. I urge everyone to keep doing the good work. We should try and post good content that will help the community positively. Also the community is full of fun.

My intake on how to grow the community well

First thing I will like to lay enphasized on is that we should try to be posting good article, beneficial one, unique one that's free of plagiarism. We shouldn't let our major priority be to earn after posting but to help the community grow bigger and to help individual learn from the posted article.
Also, the community leaders should help in rewarding those who are posting good article as this will boost moral and will enhance the growth of the community too.
Also, we should try not to post any article that's full of plagiarism. Let's endeavor to post Original and unique article and those who have the power to downward should give warnings and check article thoroughly before downvoting.
