I completely understand how you feel, because I had the same problem and I waited a very long time for it to be resolved. It is very frustrating to wait weeks or even months for a solution that can be resolved in a few days. I hope your problem will be solved soon by leofinance. Developing a better support system could help resolve issues quickly.

My work experience is one of the reasons why I am raising the issue aloud. In the service industry, user experience should be the first priority. What is surprising is that the some influencers of the community try to excuse the situation. Isn't it more rational to solve an obvious problem instead of trying to excuse it? I think I'll be leaving Leo Finance soon.
