Learning about the Neuroscience of education and how to optimize because your experience is a good way of spending your time for the best, the more abilities/skills you have the more possibilities of overlapping exist.

However, playing a musical instrument, doing art, speaking multiple languages, writing, public speaking, storytelling, acting, doing sports, at probably a competitive level can actually give you tools and foundation to learn other skills faster.

The concept to become a world expert in any skill is by reading about the experiences of others on how they achieved their success is an excellent way not to repeat the same mistakes or probably get inspiration from the best and that is why having balance goals, motivation and discipline are very essential to get the best results of your efforts.

Discipline is the most important as to avoid all distractions change your working environment so that it creates peace, order and harmony as well as having a professional to help you keep on track with your goals such as life/career Coach or mentor either.

The most important tools for self-reflection and awareness are psychoanalysis and the ability to manage/identify/express your emotions accurately/properly.

In other for you to constantly on how you make things differently for the next day you have to make a daily journal about your experiences as to be self-aware about everything you are doing also ask questions in other to maximize all the output you can probably get.
