{ENG/SPN} Chicken in cream-garlic sauce/Pollo en salsa de nata y ajo

Hello to everyone in this community. Do you like chicken? I think it's the most common meat because it cooks in no time and it's also the cheapest and most available. Today I want to show you just such an idea. Ready in no time and almost effortless. Chicken in a creamy garlic sauce. Besides the fact that oven roasted chicken is very easy to prepare it is also a great idea for a main which will appeal to everyone.

Indispensable products:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 150 grams of cream
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon universal seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chilli
  • fresh parsley for sprinkling
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:
Wash the chicken breasts. Wash the chicken breasts, cut them into cubes and pat dry. Then salt them to taste and mix well. Arrange them in a greased baking dish with olive oil.

Beat the two eggs in a bowl. Add the cream, univesal seasoning, paprika, curry powder, oregano and chilli. Add the chopped garlic. You can also press the garlic.

Pour the mixture over the meat and mix well.

Top with the tomatoes cut into thin rings.

Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.

Once it's ready, sprinkle with fresh parsley and your chicken dish in creamy garlic sauce is ready! Bon appetit!

Hola a todos en esta comunidad. ¿Te gusta el pollo? Creo que es la carne más común porque se prepara en poco tiempo y también es la más barata y disponible. Hoy quiero mostrarte una idea de este tipo. Listo en poco tiempo y casi sin esfuerzo. Pollo en salsa cremosa de ajo. Además de que el pollo asado al horno es muy fácil de preparar, también es una gran idea para un plato principal que gustará a todos.

Ingredientes indispensables:

  • 2 pechugas de pollo
  • 2 huevos
  • 1 tomate
  • 150 gramos de nata
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • 1 cucharadita de condimento universal
  • 1 cucharadita de pimentón
  • 1 cucharadita de curry en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano
  • 1 cucharadita de pimienta de cayena
  • perejil fresco para espolvorear
  • aceite de oliva
  • sal al gusto

Preparación:
Lavar las pechugas de pollo. Lava las pechugas de pollo, córtalas en cubos y sécalas. A continuación, salar al gusto y mezclar bien. Dispóngalos en una fuente de horno engrasada con aceite de oliva.

Batir los dos huevos en un bol. Añadir la nata, la especia univesal, el pimentón, el curry en polvo, el orégano y la guindilla. Añadir el ajo picado. También se puede prensar el ajo.

Verter la mezcla sobre la carne y mezclar bien.

Cubrir con los tomates, cortados en aros finos.

Introducir en el horno precalentado a 200 grados. Hornear durante 20 minutos o hasta que esté hecho.

Una vez hecho, espolvoree con perejil fresco y su plato de pollo en salsa de ajo cremoso estará listo. ¡Buen provecho!
