Today while surfing Twitter, I came across something that immediately led me to reflection. I saw it as something logical and decided to share it in the Whatsapp group where we share hivers.

The tweet was about the communication difficulty post quarantine. A girl was expressing that she was no longer coordinating language quickly and coherently. She was showing her distress at not having the communicative ability that characterized her in the past.

Don't you feel that you have lost communication skills by being cooped up for so long?
I was much more eloquent before I was in my forties, now I find it difficult to articulate sentences easily and coherently.

She blamed this on the pandemic; the confinement she has long experienced and most of the comments were supportive.

People who became more shy and introverted due to lack of face-to-face and constant communication seem to abound these days.

This reminded me of several times in my life when the same thing happened to me. In my adolescence I had times of certain shyness and where it was difficult for me to get into the habit of conversations. This was stronger during vacation times, when I had less contact with my peers. I remember it vividly. That feeling that you do not have an interesting topic or that you will not compose sentences in an attractive way or that at least it will be understood. In fact in Venezuela it is very common for anyone on the street to tell you a jocular comment and you must have the mental agility to answer them something great. This was always a difficult thing for me.

What surprised me this time was that I did not share what the girl said on Twitter. For some reason or several reasons I would no longer live that stress of difficulty in communication post social isolation. On that I reflected and came to the conclusions.

HIVE is the best tool to maintain excellent communication habits.

Unlike other social networks such as Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, where our communication is shorter; in HIVE we must develop an extensive text and a more structured way of communicating. In the same way that it is not the same to write several tweets a day than a good post on HIVE.

In HIVE, in addition to communication, the type of language, we must also consider other elements to obtain a quality publication. This makes our brain work harder and our creative zone stays active. Thinking about which markdown mockup I will give to the post, which thumbnail I will use, even in which community I will publish, are some of the many elements we have to consider for our content to be successful.

The video format also contributes a lot to communication. Making videos for 3speak develops very well the language and especially the oratory, which is something we don't work on in the written blog. This is very important when conversing personally with someone, because if we do not practice, many words we will even forget to pronounce them.

When I brought this topic to the group; most agreed that they have not suffered from communication difficulties and that this is thanks to HIVE. They also gave credit to the Whatsapp group, that although it is another social network, we are all members of HIVE and that is the passion that unites us. In this group we talk about thousands of topics about HIVE. We debate about publications and freely express many points of view. This freedom of expression is also key to the development of the vocavulary.

Undoubtedly, HIVE not only provides the technical tools for constant expression, but also for creating friendships with common passions that encourage communication.

Today I discover another area where HIVE contributes to people's health. I know how this blockchain can help economically and change the lives of families; also how it works as a therapy, taking people out of stress and even depression. I witnessed how at the beginning of the quarantine, when many people were in great distress; those of us in HIVE lived it in a totally different way. Here we often had fun while others were suffering. Now HIVE also helps to maintain the habits of effective communication.

This is another benefit of HIVE. When you are asked about this platform, you already have another point to give....
