ECOTRAIN Question Of The Week 9.3: "Have you ever witnessed a miracle?"

Hello and welcome to my page. I'm @daniky and this is my entry to the question of the week challenge, an initiative by @ecotrain. Kindly follow me as i share my thought with you regarding the question of the week which states that "Have you ever witnessed a miracle?" Kindly follow me as i proceed.

For me i will say I've witnessed diverse miracles ranging from freedom from attackers, accidents and so on. Financial blessings when i least expected is among the miracles I've encountered. In all of these I'll forever be thankful to God Almighty who never let me down when i needed His interventions most.

One thing I've learnt to never do overtime is to give up on the course of an event and also I've always learnt to ensure i verify all things before drawing conclusions on them. This takes me to a miracle I've witnessed that is said to be remarkable in my life. There's this examination body known as the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) which one must travail to get qualified for Tertiary screening exercise as a requirement for admission in Nigeria. I remember i sat for JAMB over 3 consecutive times and got qualified for the final lap of the Tertiary examination only to discover that despite i had above the required cut-off point for my choice of course (medicine and surgery), i wasn't admitted but rather given alternative courses that's out of the medical context (such as statistics). So i had to put my applications on hold and utilised the moment to work in order to earn money for a living. I lost my step mum within that period and became responsible to cater for my step siblings while my Dad was a career man who hardly have time for his children. Due to this i decided to put school on hold for years to enable my dad bounce back emotionally. I used the medium to apply to a polytechnic and got my national diploma.

5 years later i decided to further my education but i wasn't motivated to go back to school. My Aunt was of immense help who did motivated me always and urged me to get registered for JAMB, so i did but was lately. Little did i know that the day i intended to register for this matriculation examination was almost expired. I ran helter and sketer seeking for where i could get the JAMB registration scratch card. I visted the jamb office and every possible banks and discovered there wasn't any reserved of available scratch card left. I was told by the jamb officials never to bother myself that the jamb portal is closed for registration. I almost gave up but something kept telling me to keep trying. So i had to keep moving until i got to a friend's cybercafe where i was fortunate to meet a guy who had one scratch card left on him, he was waiting for someone who needed it urgently. I asked him to name his price that i was ready to pay for the scratch card he reluctantly gave in, named his price (about two times of the actual amount) so i paid him and proceeded towards my registration. It was few minutes left to the expiry of the Jamb application and closure of the registration portal. Thank God, i made it through before the time elapsed. That same Jamb i registered was what gave me the admission i had to the university and glory to God, today I'm counted among the graduates and professionals of this age.

This miracle i encountered made me realise that there's a living God in heaven who rules sovereignly over the affairs of men on earth. What seems to be impossible before men and hopeless got possible for me at the 11th hour. It can only be God and this is the more reason i tag this #Amiracle. This is my true life experience.

hope you benefit one or more lessons from the my testimony. If i had let it go there's tendency i shouldn't have gotten to the stage i am today.
