Wednesday Walk: An Activity Tour For The Day
Hello and welcome to my page. I am @daniky and this is my first entry to the wednesday's walk challenge. Kindly follow me as display the snapshots of places i visited;
The day was quite sunny with severe harmattan. I made a stroll through a distance of 4km towards the adjacent of my workplace. The movement took be over 1hour as i joke at intervals to enable me cover more distance before boarding public transport home. Below are photos i took while on the road;
From the photos above and beow you'll notice the ground looks so dried. Most plant and vegetations are in their drought season. My movement was within a suburb at Abuja, the federal capital territory of Nigeria. The main location was along apo-kabusa road.
From the photos above you'll discover i had an awesome tour. It was a form of a fitness exercise to me because I'm used to boarding public vehicles to and fro. I trecked through a longer distance and visited places which include a hill where i was able to capture the geographical fonts of some nearby mountains and many more adventures.
I want to use this medium to sincerely appreciate @tattoodjay for this awesome initiative and also acknowledge all participants as well.
That’s really a long walk but the rocky side is there a name given to it
Yes brother it was hetic. The rocky side is named "Lion of The Tribe of Judah prayer Mountain." I do go there to pray most times.
Okay thanks for sharing
Thanks for joining Wednesday Walk :), I truly enjoy exploring the world virtually each Wednesday seeing walks from all around the globe and feeling I am there and experiencing it all myself, such as I did in your post just now :)
you're welcome sir Thank you for stopping by and do have an awesome moment @tattoodjay
Thanks 🙏
Man, harmattan is really out for all of us. It is trying to mess with our mind 😂. Haha.
Nice Wednesdaywalk experience.
The severity of the harmattan is second to none. I wish and pray this season gives way for a better one. Thank you @kenechukwu97
Yayyyy, welcome @daniky so glad that you have joined us here as we love sharing our walks with everyone around the world!
And I am so happy to see you home and I think that you got a few brilliant photos there too!
infact I LOVE the 8th (tree) and 10th (landscape) photos and it was great to see so much colour on the people in the streets, even if the streets are so dry themselves.
I hope that you guys get some rain soon and I look forward to seeing your walk here next Wednesday too!
😊 Thank you so much @chocolatescorpi. I hope we experience rainfall soon as the drought seems to be severe at the moment. Glad to have your presence here
I'm so sorry to hear that!
I hate the thought of so much drought that makes everything dies, especially the plants and animals...and as much as I hate the thought of animals being food, I know that they are for your guys...so I pray that it rains for you RIGHT NOW!!!
