Week 30 Edition 02 || My Pros & Cons on Social Media Chat

Hello and welcome to my page. I'm @daniky and here is my entry to the weekly featured content for week 30 edition 2. Kindly follow me as i share with you my little brief experience, pros and cons on social nedia chat.

Chatting has become part and parsle of my lifestyle as an individual. I remember many years ago when it all started by the use of sms and multimedia messaging (mms) to the use of a 2go messaging app which was the first social messaging app during when facebook was newly launched. Facebook gained traction being the most popular messaging application while 2go got introduced and was able to connect many users of those days. As time elapses, whatsapp came onboard and took over 2go and wechat, telegram came onboard as well competing with whatsapp before the emergence of instagram which brought us to the new world of social media chats and messaging. Twitter was in existence for long but many never understood its use till the moment the interphase was made userfriendly and better for more comprehension. Today, all media chat applications can be downloaded from both IOS app store and google playstore.

Good things I've lived to benefit from Chatting
Chatting has made it easier for me to be conversant with the use of my keypads or keyboard. It has made it seemless for me to speed-type by understanding the positioning of my alphanumeric, function, cursors and other home keys which seems to be cumbersome to comprehend during the olden days. With the use of prediction, I've been able to know the spellings of most vocabularies and how to use them in words.

Chatting has greatly benefitted me alot in many areas which include the aspect of official group conversations, statistics, chart technical analysis as I'm able to share my ideas via the use of skype, discord, the zoom app video chat and the likes. It has been of immense benefit to me as an individual and many as well.

One Cons that got me about Chat
Since I'm used to mobile chat devices I rather prefer to type than write with my pen. It has made it seems difficult to grab a pen and write. I'll rather prefer to type and send whatever information or list i have in stock than pen them down. Since writing with a pen seems to be more slower for me than typing, i rather type or chat than to write that application letter. On the contrary, it's not that i'm not a good writer, but the fact is that the world is changing and one needs to braze up with this intensity. Though it makes me more lazy on the writing aspect which I'm trying so hard to work on since writing with hands isn't my kind of hobby but writing by typing that document or chat.

One other thing is due to the fact that chatting takes a whole lot of time. Time scheduled to get other things done might be exhausted while meeting new friends online (especially someone interesting) of chat with friends and families; this is the more reason social media exhausts most of our day time meant to achieve one productive thing or the other.
