WEEK 31 EDITION 2 || HOW SIGNIFICANT IS BODY FITNESS
Hello and welcome to my page. I'm @daniky and here is my entry to the weekly featured content for week 31 edition 2. Kindly follow me as i share with you my daily routine regarding physical fitness.
One better way to healthy living is to be physically fit. From what i know from my elementary school days i learnt that physical fitness is a phenomenon by which we train our mind and body through physical activities. This can include flexibility, agility, muscular endurance etc. This is essential for the proper functioning of the body and it's a biological process.
Lots of people today are no more enjoying their body. Many feels so over weighted while some are even obese and finds it strenuous to engage in any physical activities to keep their body strong and healthy. Likewise some people are already battling diverse health challenges which has limited them to certain lifestyles and deprived them of their self-esteem. This is the more reason sedentary lifestyles weakens the bones and strength of many individuals today.
Left for me, I'm an athletic looking guy and as a Biochemist. I know what to eat and avoid as some food poses risk of health challenges. I'm always fit than ever as i engage myself in certain physical activities such as jogging, playing of football, trecking through long distances, hiking and so on. I also uses my spare time for other physical activities to keep me fit and healthy. The more i do them the more I'm fit. Being fit is not restricted to only gymnastics but also involves our psychological mind as well.
So i fully recommend gymnastic actitivies to many of us out there coupled with the fact that we have to take a healthy diet such as vegetables and fruits. Put them to use and see the desirable resultant, confirm the result on your appearance too.
Actually it is very hard to maintain. Btw you are looking so fit.

Very true, the kind of food we eat matters a lot, if we want to stay fit, we have to know what to eat. And also find time to exercise our bodies. I love jogging, it makes the body flexible and aid in removing waste in form of sweat from the body a lot. Thanks for sharing this with us
