IAAC - Day 145 Butterfly and Flowers

Today is Sunday, October 24th and I am happy to be alive.

The wild Lantana is flowering and attracted this butterfly. It was gathering nectar with its wings spread. I thought it was a very pretty thing so took it's picture.

Since the fall has been nicer than normal with a few rains, we are having more flowers bloom than normal and this is attracting the butterflies. We are still seeing the Monarch Butterflies migrate through our backyard every day since I posted about them.

Great image capture of that Monarch wow it is huge. You literally took the time to smell the flowers lol
That is awesome sometimes we get too caught up to really take a moment and just marvel at the beauty of it all :-)

Thanks for your comment. Every now and then we should all slow down and smell the flowers. Most people are too stressed these days with everything going on.
