Perissos Vineyard and Winery
This weekend, I visited one of our local Vineyard and Wineries. It is called "Perissos". The server shared that the name means exceedingly abundant. They did have a lot of wine aging in barrels prior to bottling and looking out the window you could see all of the vines waiting for the coming of spring.

I live on the edge of the Hill Country in Texas which is full of vineyards and wineries. It is fun to go to one of them just to try the various types they offer. I think there are a few in Hawaii (I believe I read once that is where you are from) that you might consider visiting however they probably charge a lot. Some of the ones here are small they don't charge as much as the big ones. Thanks you for enjoying the photos. Take care.
