Season End Rewards

My persistence and commitment has paid off. Today when I opened my Season End Loot Chests, I was very surprised and pleased to see a Gold Epic Djinn Chwala. This is the first Gold Epic I have ever been rewarded so I cannot contain my excitement. Here are all the rewards I received in my Season End Loot Chests. In all, I received 5 cards - 2 Epic (one of which was gold) and 3 Common,
15 DEC, 1 Alchemy potion and 2 Legendary potions.

Season Rewards Report - Cards

I was able to complete almost one daily quest per day. It took me three days to get from Bronze back to Silver III at the beginning of the Season. I was rewarded 11 cards in my daily loot chests, one of which was a Gold Pelacor Conjurer. This is the first season that I have won Gold Cards. In the past, I had purchased two of the new reward cards and before that had won one in a giveaway. So my luck is improving.

Matched Win Rewards

With 194 wins that I was able to have this season, I received 1401 in DEC rewards. The total rewards I received this season was valued at 4634 DEC and 3 credits. I received the credits prior to moving from Bronze back to Silver.

Rented Into Silver III

As I have been that last few seasons, I rented enough cards so that I could be in the Silver III League. In the past, I have always stated that I won enough to pay for the cards I rented. This season, I was rewarded enough DEC and higher level cards that it will help reduce the amount that I will spend in rentals going forward. I almost doubled my collection power it was that low. I might even consider renting up to Silver II since I was able to achieve the rating for that League I just did not have enough collection power.

I know , right …. That card will greatly help my collection power and SPS airdrop. I had a regular foil and use it often. I can’t wait to start using the gold one

At the beginning of each season, I start at Bronze II at the beginning of each season and it takes me about three days to win enough matches to move back into Silver III. It is tough. Hang in there and keep keeping at it. It will happen.

Thank you. The good part is it starts at level 3 at gold so I do not need to worry about leveling it up anytime soon. I have been trying to level up all the new rewards as I go along.

Thank you. That one card almost doubled my collection power. The good news is now I do not need to rent as much to get back to Silver III.

Wow nice gold foil epic. I don't think I have gotten any gold foil epic cards yet. While it may depend on luck, you can definitely earn on Splinterlands. What do you plan on doing with it? Keep it to play matches or rent it out for income?

I will be keeping it to play matches as I currently rent a lot of cards to increase my rank up to silver III. But I will look at the rent I could get just in case it is higher thane the cost of renting the same amount of collection power.

Wow, those are incredible rewards. Keep in mind I am still at the level of bouncing from novice to bronze3 and back again. lol
I am amazed that so much can be earned in battles and then again at the end of the season as rewards.
I have heard card rentals could be useful, but have never realized that you could win more than what is spent in rentals putting you in profit.

Yes the rentals really help get you to the higher leagues. You just need to rent strategically and not over pay for cards. I try to focus on the Alpha and Promos since you get an extra 10% when each of those cards are used in a match when you win. This is how I cover most of my rentals, I have them pay for their selves.

That is so cool, those are excellent rewards. If you are trying to get from Bronze3 to Bronze2 which cards would you buy first to achieve the Power Points for such a promotion?

@chris.topher When I first started, I created a word document where I would record the mana and then my lineup. If I was beaten, I would review the opponents lineup and understand why it beat me. There were times that they used leveled up cards that would not be available to me because I did not have a summoner higher than a level 1. After a while, I had a list of lineups that would work for most mana levels for most splinters. These would be from the standard set of cards. As I got addition cards that were not in the standard set, I would work those into my lineups. Granted I still only win one out of two matches but this system has worked so far. In the higher, levels it is harder because the opponents have cards that I have never seen before and cost way too much on the market. Hope this helps a little.
