Splinterlands - Spring Training Tournaments and NFTs

I am trying to get better at playing matches in Splinterlands. To do this, I am participating in various tournaments. The Spring Training Tournaments have really grabbed my attention because I also truly love to collect NFTs.

Spring Training Tournaments

There are two types of Spring Training Tournaments - PopUp and Weekly. The PopUp tournaments are creating by @st-tourney6

The entry fee is 3 DEC to participate and then since the numbers of entries are limited the minimum payout is your entry fee. Then if you place high enough you receive a token which can be exchanged for some WAX NFTs. I am trying to get better in playing matches and working on the lineups that I create.

These tournaments provide the perfect situation. You will be going up against others in a specific League using various editions.

Spring Training Packs

I have been participating is several of these tournaments over the past few weeks. So are I have received three STMINI (Spring Training Mini) tokens in Hive Engine that I have exchanged for Wax packs on their Discord.

If I was so inclined, I could put them up for sell on WAX. The lowest listing appears to be around $0.39 or 3.3 WAX.

Unboxing Packs

Like I stated earlier, I like collecting NFTs so I will not be selling the packs. I will be unboxing them.

Spring Training NFTs

Not knowing what you are getting when opening packs is always very exciting especially when you have never opened that type of pack before. I went through the unboxing and received the below 9 NFTs.

I think the one I like the best is Iza the Fanged.

It is the 10th minted card on Wax of the of the Vintage variant. There is currently one listed on the market for $2.36

Dark Spirit Variant

Of the 9 cards, I received two Dark Spirit variants. I believe this variant is more Rare than the Vintage variant. I like the looks of the cards. The design is very neat.

More Tournament Tokens

I played some more Spring Training PopUp tournaments over the past few days and received 5 more STMINI tokens. I submitted my exchange request this morning. I can't wait to see what NFTs I get next.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation.
