I'm not terribly fond of referring to CO2 as "pollution". Historically, that term has been used for chemicals released into the atmosphere that are toxic. Who are the biggest polluters when we start talking about pollutants other than CO2? Does the map still look the same? It seems that with the focus on greenhouse gasses (and by that I really mean just CO2), all other pollutants have been forgotten.

I would guess many of the top pollutants would still be similar to what we see here and yes it is as though those don't exist. China and India would surely top that list.
