Nel pieno centro di quello che negli anni '80 veniva definito il triangolo della morte ovvero la triade di quartieri Barra, San Giovanni a Teduccio e Ponticelli, un progetto di riqualificazione urbana ha trasformato una serie di edifici simbolo del degrado urbano a tele di autentici capolavori di street art. L'impatto rigenerante che i giganteschi murales, di assoluta bellezza, hanno sugli occhi di chi li ammira e nelle coscienze dei cittadini del quartiere è enormemente positivo. All'ingresso del quartiere Barra, sugli edifici del parco Cavour, di fronte ad un altro monumento alla decadenza della provincia di Napoli qual è la Circumvesuviana, si stagliano in tutta la loro magnificente bellezza 5 murales con un solo filo conduttore il sogno. Al centro di queste opere vi è una gigantografia di Martin Luther King, il reverendo paladino della lotta alla segregazione razziale dei neri autore di un memorabile discorso in cui pronuncio la indimenticabile frase "I have a dream" che racchiudeva la volontà di inclusione degli afroamericani nel sogno americano. Un uomo che non si fermò davanti il rischio di perdere la sua vita per continuare a rappresentare i dimenticati dalla società e quelle persone che hanno le peggiori condizioni di vita tentando di dare loro una motivazione per migliorarsi e combattere per i diritti fondamentali dell'uomo. Un uomo che voleva il bene comune e per il bene comune ha pagato la sua passione con il suo proprio sangue fino all'ultima goccia. Alla destra di MLK ci sono tre volti di bambini che affondano le loro testoline in soffici cuscini bianchi che dormono sognando. Appena sulla sinistra è raffigurato un volto di un bambino che appena si intravede dal velo palestinese che ne ricopre la faccia intento a guardare il mondo da una serratura di casa che non ha mai più ottenuto dal tempo della Nakba. In basso a destra c'è un altro bambino con una chiave in mano per quella serratura che non riuscirà mai aprire che la impugna come fosse la propria arma per combattere la battaglia per i diritti del suo popolo. All'estrema sinistra di MLK c'è il famoso e controverso presidente cileno di ispirazione marxista Salvator Allende noto sognatore di un mondo migliore per il suo popolo che ha dato la vita combattendo contro la giunta militare golpista affinché il suo sogno non venisse spazzato via. L'ultimo murales è dedicato ad una donna con il velo circondata da un triangolo che la racchiude assieme alla polvere delle stelle in una visione onirica. In questa maestosa opera si cerca di spingere l'osservatore a guardare alle persone senza pregiudizi e spingere ad approfondire il carattere delle popolazioni senza fermarsi alle apparenze. A cogliere i particolari che sono molto curati e i messaggi disseminati in lungo e in largo sulla vasta parete affrescata. A quasi un chilometro di distanza dal parco dei sogni, in un luogo chiamato "Il Bronx" di Napoli, sulle pareti cieche di due orrendi edifici popolari del quartiere San Giovanni a Teduccio vi sono affrescati il volto di Maradona e di Niccolò. Questa è l'opera più amata dai cittadini in quanto raffigurano la divinità dal calcio Diego Armando Maradona, colui il quale, con i suoi tocchi miracolosi al pallone portò al riscatto figurato della città e a vivere un'epopea in cui si sentiva vincente almeno in qualcosa. Niccolò è il volto di un ragazzo autistico con la classica sagoma dello scugnizzo e i solchi rossi in volto che stanno a indicare l'appartenenza alla tribù di Jorit Agoch (una tribù fatta di personaggi rappresentativi, del messaggio per la costruzione di un mondo migliore, che l'artista vuole diffondere). Il ragazzo rappresenta l'uomo comune che al fianco dell'uomo fatto divinità ne accompagna il viaggio in una vita di sfide per il progresso delle civiltà terrene.
