Hive Keychain Progress Report by @keychain

Let's start the week with an update for the Hive Keychain as they work on integrating Ledger support and improving the codebase by using the hive-tx library. It sounds like there'll also be a major update to the mobile app with new features, an improved browser, and minor changes. So keep an eye out for more updates on these developments in the coming days! ( -o⌒)

Are you onboarding people to Hive using referral links? by @acidyo

Here OP shares that referral links are important on Hive because they help to track the onboarding process and assist with retention and curation initiatives. The lovesniper initiative also works as a tool that helps to notify curators when a new user makes their first post on the platform. This then helps curators to reach out to the new user, recommend communities they may be interested in, and connect them with other members of the Hive community. By using referral links, it allows the community to track the effectiveness of onboarding efforts and identify areas for improvement. In addition, following accounts that have been onboarded through referral links can help to identify genuine users and prevent the spread of scams and fake accounts on the platform. Overall, referral links play a vital role in building and supporting a strong, active, and engaged community on Hive.

My latest contributions to the Hive Condenser and Wallet apps. by @quochuy

Sharing OP's latest contributions here ⬆️ as it's great to see the support for the Spoiler markups being improved and bug fixes being made. It's also interesting to know about the JSON URL feature and the custom KOA middlewares that were used to fix the issue. The development of the Spoiler Plugin is also a useful addition to the Hive ecosystem, so great work from OP! d(・∀・○)

Hive witness update log #30: Nodes updated to v1.27.3, HAF Hivemind by @techcoderx

Updates from OP having been busy updating their API node and Hivemind, as well as working on the Olisc API and the HAF-based Alive Protocol. It it's great to see that the updates to the API node and Hivemind have improved query times and that the team is looking into using PostgREST for better performance in API queries. It will be interesting to see how the Olisc API and HAF-based Alive Protocol progress and what benefits they can bring!

Splinterfest: Visions of the Future Panel by @splinterlands

Lastly for the week, it sounds like the Splinterlands team has been working hard on some exciting updates for the game. The new theme song and concept for Battles 2.0 both sound like they will be great additions to the game, and it's interesting to hear about the Runi NFTs as well. It will be interesting to see how these new features are received by both old and new players.
