It's a sign that you're happy, that you're enjoying yourself, and that you're grateful for what you have.

Further, smiling is good for your health because it lowers your stress levels, boosts your immune system, and releases endorphins. When you smile, you not only improve your own health, but you also make those around you feel good. So next time you’re feeling down, remember to turn that frown upside down!
