Am Alive Challenge Post 143 | Science: waking the monster

Being alive in the land of the living is being is the greatest testimony for me today.
The habitat which I've found myself is so beautiful and blessed with lots of natural resources.
Just this morning while I was going to see a friend, this beautiful fruit got my attention.
I have heard the usefulness of this fruit but haven't been able to get the scientific name.
Sometime ago, a colleague of mine extracted vegetable oil from it. It wasn't an easy process, but it was a good source of minerals and vitamins which can be used to fortify vegetable oil obtained from groundnut.
Waw. You must be bored with the composition of this food crop, right?
That's me being a food scientist. I like novel researches.
