Quora marketing efforts.

Thanks to the active community we have Twitter marketing covered to some extent, it has, however, few drawbacks in my opinion. After few months of using Twitter, I realized this platform is very prone to closing users in their own bubbles. In other words, you get to see what you want to see.

Another issue is ad blindness. Since anybody can post people started to get blind seeing posts shilling something, showing opportunities, or just the message tight to other entity.

Quora is a platform, where anybody can post a question, any other users, who feel qualified can answer it. Answers got voted and more quality content gets more visibility. This place encompasses all sorts of topics and issues. There is Hive community on Quora, and Hive users there are doing a great job educating about Hive. The other thing is spreading the Hive enlightenment outside to reach people who need Hive but, they don't know it yet.

I see Quora as a marketing opportunity for Hive because a specific answer goes just to people who are interested in the question, hence it's already targeted. The other thing is getting to people from different environments, teenager from Pakistan can be interested in the same answers as blockchain investors from Canada.

Here are stats for just ten Hive answers from last month I posted on Quora. I reached around 500 people, most of them in the new questions, where my answer was the first one.

And here are some of my answers to the first related questions I spotted. I tried to make it less generic and added various content besides the main body but anyway I got warned by Quora that similar activity might be considered spam. There is no choice, the special answer for each question, original content only, but it's nothing new for Hive'ians I guess.
