10 comidas favoritas | 10 favorite foods
Empezaré mencionando que 10 es un número MUY GRANDE, para estos tipos de post porque es una tortura, si hablar de un solo platillo de comida es una tortura imagínate 10. Pero igual les quiero mencionar todos así que primero se los mencionaré y describiré poco a poco:
1- Costillas de Cerdo
2- Helado
3- Pasta a la Boloñesa
4- Brazo Gitano
5- Pizza de Pepperoni
6- Profiteroles
7- Chuleta de cerdo
8- Milhojas
9- Pollo a la Brasa
10- Crema de Arroz con leche y Canela
I will start by mentioning that 10 is a VERY BIG number, for these types of posts because it is a torture, if talking about a single plate of food is a torture imagine 10. But I still want to mention them all so I will mention them first and describe them a little bit:
1- Pork Ribs
2- Ice cream
3- Spaghetti Bolognese
4- Sweet Roll Cake
5- Pepperoni Pizza
6- Profiterole
7- Pork chop
8- Strudel
9- Grilled Chicken
10- Rice pudding and cinnamon Cream
Soy una persona 100% carnívora, lo siento, puedo comer cosas sin carne, claro que si pues son deliciosas, pero igual la carne Y MUCHÍSIMO MÁS LA CARNE DE CERDO, me encanta. De verdad que las costillas son mi parte favorita y por circunstancias yo como costillas de cerdo una vez cada tanto tiempo, pues son caras y difícil de conseguir de buena calidad, pero por suerte cuando las como me las he disfrutado como si no existiera nada más delicioso en mi vida.
Es que siento que de verdad, es lo mejor de lo mejor, creo que podría tolerar una vida donde solo coma costillas de cerdo y no me cansaría y sería demasiado feliz.
I'm a 100% carnivorous person, I'm sorry, I can eat things without meat, of course they are delicious, but the same goes for meat AND MORE PORK, I love it. Ribs are really my favorite part and by circumstances I eat pork ribs once in a while, because they are expensive and difficult to get of good quality, but luckily when I eat them I have enjoyed them as if nothing more delicious existed in my life.
It's just that I feel like it's really the best of the best, I think I could tolerate a life where I only eat pork ribs and I wouldn't get tired and would be too happy.
AMO EL HELADO CON LOCURA, ES MI POSTRE FAVORITO DESDE SIEMPRE Y PARA SIEMPRE Y NO TENGO MÁS NADA QUE DECIR AL RESPECTO JAJAJA.
Es que de verdad yo quiero probar todos los sabores que le han creado un helado para decir con más base que amo el helado porque de verdad no hay otro postre que me ponga del mejor humor que este... uff es increíble, existen muchos postres deliciosos pero el helado siempre se llevará un premio en mi corazón.
I LOVE ICE CREAM MADLY, IT IS MY FAVORITE DESSERT EVER AND FOREVER AND I HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY ABOUT IT HAHAHA.
I really want to try all the flavors that have created an ice cream to say with more base that I love the ice cream because really there is no other dessert that puts me in the best mood that this ... uff is incredible, there are many delicious desserts but the ice cream will always take a prize in my heart.
Amo la pasta en general, pues no me gusta tanto el arroz (si lo puedo comer) y cuando lo mezclan con carne y una excelente salsa como en la receta de la boloñesa, me siento full feliz y satisfecha.
El brazo gitano es un roll de crema batida y frutos o chocolates de relleno INCREIBLEMENTE DELICIOSO, lo que destaca para mi de este postre y me hace preferirlo a una torta es que es muy esponjoso.
I love pasta in general, because I don't like rice so much ( I can eat it) and when they mix it with meat and an excellent sauce like in the bolognese recipe, I feel full happy and satisfied.
The sweet roll cake is a roll of whipped cream and fruit or chocolate filling INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS, what stands out for me about this dessert and makes me prefer it to a cake is that it is very spongy.
La pizza con pepperoni es una comida que me encanta con locura y jamás le diría que no o un "no tengo ganas, comamos otra cosa" pues cuando preparan bien la receta simple de la masa salsa y queso y le agregan algo tan delicioso como es el pepperoni, me tienen.
Los profiteroles son uno de los postres que mi papá más me compraba al llevarme a una panadería, y los cuales me quedé enamorada, para ser más específica amo los profiteroles rellenos de crema pastelera y con sirope de chocolate por encima.
Pizza with pepperoni is a food that I love madly and I would never say no or "I don't want to, let's eat something else" because when they prepare well the simple recipe of the dough sauce and cheese and add something as delicious as pepperoni, they have me.
Profiteroles are one of the desserts that my dad bought me the most when he took me to a bakery, and which I fell in love with. To be more specific, I love profiteroles filled with pastry cream and with chocolate syrup on top.
Ya mencioné mi amor por la carne de cerdo y de verdad que siento que no podría jamás acabarse. La chuleta para mi era como oro en mi casa, pues mi mamá me lo llegaba a preparar pero solo en ocasiones especiales y yo deseaba demasiado repetir esas ocasiones.
La milhojas es un dulce simple con un sabor delicioso, es un dulce que me disfruté bastante para tenerlo en mi lista de "no se que quiero comer en esta panadería, pero tienen milhojas compraré una".
I have already mentioned my love for pork and I really feel that it could never end. The pork chop for me was like gold in my house, because my mom would prepare it for me but only on special occasions and I wanted too much to repeat those occasions.
Strudel is a simple dessert with a delicious flavor, it is a sweet that I enjoyed enough to have it on my list of "I don't know what I want to eat in this bakery, but they have strudel I'll buy one".
De este estilo de pollo no puedo contar mucho, SABE DEMASIADO BIEN y el pollo es mi segunda carne favorita.
Quiero hablar un poco más sobre la crema de arroz con leche, pues en realidad solo me ha gustado de una manera que la vende una empresa de mi familia, que es en polvo, la preparación de crema arroz y leche juntos en un envase, donde solo hay que agregarle agua y listo. No me gusta mucho la textura del arroz en el arroz con leche, pero esa preparación que conté yo le agregaba canela al prepararla y era una PAPILLA INCREIBLEMENTE DELICIOSA QUE QUERÍA REPETIR TODOS LOS DÍAS Y NO HE PODIDO REPETIR.
I can't say much about this style of chicken, it TASTS TOO GOOD and chicken is my second favorite meat.
I want to talk a little more about rice pudding, because I really only liked one way that a family business sells it, which is in powder form, the preparation of rice pudding and milk together in a container, where you only have to add water and that's it. I don't really like the texture of the rice in the rice pudding, but that preparation I counted on, I added cinnamon when I prepared it and it was an INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS CREAM I WANTED TO REPEAT EVERY DAY AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REPEAT.
