Un gran saludo a todos los miembros de HIVE, En especial a los amantes de la cocina y el buen sabor. Estoy feliz de compartir con ustedes una nueva receta, en esta oportunidad prepare una pasta corta con pollo, salchichas, queso duro y una deliciosa salsa rosada, esta es una rica ópción para disfrutar en el almuerzo, ideal para grandes y niños y para esos días en que tenemos poco tiempo y aún así queremos disfrutar de una buena comida, que nos llene de energia para continuar.

I am happy to share with you a new recipe, this time I prepare a short pasta with chicken, sausage, hard cheese and a delicious pink sauce, this is a delicious option to enjoy at lunch, ideal for adults and children and for those days when we have little time and still want to enjoy a good meal, to fill us with energy to continue.

500 gr de Pasta 500 gr of Spaghetti
1 Muslo de Pollo 1 Chicken thigh
3 Salchichas 3 Sausages
100 gr de Queso 100 gr of Cheese
2 Dientes de Ajo 2 cloves of garlic
1 Cuchara de Mantequilla 1 tablespoon of butter
2 Cucharas de Mayonesa 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
100 gr de Salsa de Tomate 100 gr of Tomato Sauce

1. Debemos lavar muy bien nuestro muslo de pollo, retirarle la piel, deshuesar y cortar en cuadros, también se puede usar otra parte del pollo como la pechuga, pero me gusta mas usar los muslos por su consistencia.

2. El ajo es uno de mis ingredientes favoritos en la cocina, ya que aporta un sabor y aroma asombroso al combinarlos con otro ingredientes,en este caso le quite la piel a dos ajos y pique finamente, posteriormente en un sarten agregue una cucharada colmada de mantequilla y agregue los ajos, en este punto debemos tener cuidado de que no se nos queme porque tomarian un sabor amargo

3. Es hora de agregar el pollo a nuestro sarten pero no sin antes sazonarlo con sal y las especias de nuestra preferencia.

4. Mientras el pollo se cocina, podemos preparar el resto de los ingredientes, cortamos las salchichas en ruedas finas, tratando que nos quede del mismo grosor

5. cortamos el queso en cuadritos y reservamos

6.Ahora preparamos la salsa rosada, en este caso use mayonesa y salsa ketchup, agregue en un bowl estos sabrosos ingredientes y mezcle hasta unificarlos totalmente

7.Cuando el pollo este dorado, agregamos la salchicha, dejamos unos minutos y justo antes de apagar el fuego agregamos el queso y un poco de nuestra salsa.

8.Paralelamente preparamos la pasta de forma tradicional, en esta oportunidad use pasta corta en forma de codos, pero podemos usar cualquier tipo de pasta, si tienes niños pequeños la pasta corta es ideal.
