Definitely one of the tastiest things they could invent is pasta, in each and every one of its presentations, plus it is a very noble ingredient to say the least, it fills you with energy, is satiating and is very versatile, because it can be accompanied with practically everything, for that and many other reasons I am a pasta lover.
Generally a good pasta dish is accompanied by a rich sauce and white sauces are my favorite, for their delicious flavor and creamy texture, which is a delight on our palate.
Today I want to share with you, a very tasty alternative for lunch and share with family, good friends, or why not to pamper ourselves. It's a short pasta type plumitas, in a delicious bechamel sauce (my version) with smoked cutlet, ham and cheese, accompanied by toasted bread with butter and garlic.

|2 Dientes de Ajo||2 cloves of garlic|
|1 Cebolla||1 Onion|
|3 Cucharadas de Harina de Trigo||3 tablespoons wheat flour|
|Pan Salado Tipo Francés||Salted French Bread|

|3 Cucharas de Leche en Polvo||3 Tablespoons Powdered Milk|

1. To start this recipe, we will prepare our main ingredients, starting with the cutlet, first remove the bones and then cut into cubes, the size you want
With the ham, we will perform the same operation and cut it into cubes of the desired size, but not too small so that it can be better appreciated.
I had some slices of mozzarella cheese in my fridge, so I decided to cut them into strips.
We do the same with the cheese, in this case I used a hard smoked cheese, this cheese is very delicious, because it is salty, and does not melt so easily, but it does acquire that chewy consistency that we love about melted cheese, so it contrasts very well with the mozzarella cheese.
Cut the onion into small squares.
2.- In a pot, add enough water to boil, to prepare the pasta. When boiling add salt and pasta and cook for 15 minutes or until al dente. Meanwhile we can work on our sauce.
3.- In a pan add a tablespoon of butter and place over low heat until it melts
4.- We will add the smoked cutlet and let it brown, it will extract its own fat, which will give a delicious flavor to the rest of the ingredients.
5.- Add the onion and let it cook for a few minutes and reserve, meanwhile, prepare the béchamel sauce.
6.- In a bowl mix 3 tablespoons of wheat flour and three of powdered milk, with the help of a whisk we will mix with approx 250 ml. of water, beat until well dissolved and without lumps.
7.- Melt a tablespoon of butter and add the mixture, little by little, beating constantly, until we get the right consistency, season the sauce with salt and nutmeg.
8.- We will add the bechamel sauce to our smoked cutlet preparation and we will stir over low heat for a minute, it is time to incorporate the ham and smoked cheese, stir one more minute, add the mozzarella strips and turn off the heat.
9.- We strain our pasta and add it to the mixture. We stir very well.
10.- An ideal companion to this type of preparation is a rich salty bread, with garlic butter, in this case, use French bread, first we cut diagonally and to each piece of our bread we add butter which is mixed with finely chopped garlic, We take our bread to a previously heated budare and grill on each side, the bread will be toasted impregnated with a great flavor.
