Собственно, с аниме по манге «Хелсинг» началась моя любовь к японской анимации, а смелость сюжета, кровавые битвы и яркие персонажи произвели огромное впечатление, так что пройти мимо новости о том что Голливуд наконец-то созрел до кино-адаптации этого произведения я конечно же не могу.

Тем более, одной из главных кино-новостей дня стало то, что над сценарием к этому проекту, финансирует который авторитетная компания Amazon Studios займется Дерек Колстад, сценарист популярной серии экшн-фильмов «Джон Уик».

Как оказалось, Дерек давний поклонник манги «Хеллсинг», созданной Кота Хирано и уже не первый год одержим идеей их адаптации.

Для тех кто не в курсе поясню - сюжет разворачивается вокруг секретной организации, защищающей Британскую империю от вампиров и нежити, а ее главным "оружием" является вампир Алукард, который поклялся служить людям после проигранной битвы с легендарным охотником Ван Хельсингом.

Для полного счастья осталось заманить Киану Ривза на роль Алукарда и это будет такой хитяра, что мало не покажется.
