The ghost sailors are back!

The great and terrible director, screenwriter and composer John Carpenter told the NME website that he is working on a new film that will be either a reboot or a sequel to his 1980 film "The Fog".

The film was set in a small coastal town attacked by ghosts from a ship that sank off the coast about a century ago. The leading role was played by a very young "scream queen" and a favorite of the director, Jamie Lee Curtis.

The director also said that now one of the main problems in the setting of the new movie are the issues of copyright, and the difficulty of obtaining permission from the already non-existent movie companies.

Hopefully, the search for intellectual property owners will not take the master of horror a lot of time and he will present fans of the genre a true masterpiece.
