You are right about Florida, although the house that I just sold is on the Space Coast, so it is possible depending on where you live. Which coast is your house on and do you ever go there or just rent out. I have never had groceries delivered because there are tons of grocery stores to buy from. Even during the height of covid. There were no people in there, some days, I was the only customer. :) Anywho... You are exactly right! I am sure they were using it as a loss leader. That makes so much sense.
