Don't worry everything is okay. Me and my colleague are applying abroad. We're gonna risk it.
I also kinda wanted to leave because they were being cheap with us. Imagine getting a raise of 120 Php or that's around 2.38 USD after 2 years of working there. We also don't have hazard pay. I don't know why they don't think that going to the hospital 5 days a week and treating patients who are confined is not a "hazard". Though, I'm still thankful that I got experience from there.
I'm enjoying my paid leave, I was able to accumulate a month and a half.
