the National pay thing might seem unfair to the guy getting less but if you really think about it.. it makes so much sense, especially if the other guy is from a high standard of living country where food rent and bills take a huge chunk of the gross. i pray it doesnt happen to me though I'd be pissed Lol

Well if you work in Nigeria you won't have to think about that.

I feel we should all seek better jobs in countries that are more appreciative.

With Brexit and all...we should see more acceptance from the UK
