This week's Hive open mic I decided to redo one of my favorite songs that I did back in the steemit open mic days. I think now I have better control of my fingers than back then. But back then I had a well-lit room to make videos in. I played simple chords so it was easier to focus on my singing. Also the birds on the background added to the melody.

I also fixed my keyboard now so I can learn better.

I chose this Falling in love cause it is one of those songs I first started singing that would make people say I could sing...

It is a popular song so people can identify when you are trying...I have a lot to accomplish with singing and I realise that I am not quite there yet...But I will keep working on my music. Hive open mic weekly, music community and all these other platforms I sing in have given me the opportunity to track my progress and incentives it...so I am grateful for that.

The song

For this week's "challenge"...Romantic Nostalgia I chose this song by the music legend Elvis Presley and did a design of this popular picture of him and made it Halloween-themed.

Falling in love was made in 1961. The idiom only fools rush in means that only foolish people make decisions without much thought to it.

In this context, they are talking about love and rushing into a relationship. While there is some truth to the statement in reality now one is perfect and no amount of thinking will eventually qualify a person for love.

The character in the song is someone who has tried to stop loving...but can't.

He or She repeats in the chorus his or her knowledge of the matter, what wisdom is and the predicament he finds himself in. The person believes in destiny and everything magical.

En el micrófono abierto de Hive de esta semana, decidí rehacer una de mis canciones favoritas que hice en los días de ** steemit open mic **. Creo que ahora tengo mejor control de mis dedos que antes. Pero en ese entonces tenía una habitación bien iluminada para hacer videos.

También arreglé mi teclado ahora para poder aprender mejor.

Elegí este Falling in love porque es una de esas canciones que comencé a cantar y que hacía que la gente dijera que podía cantar ...

Es una canción popular para que la gente se identifique cuando lo intentas ... Tengo mucho que lograr con el canto y me doy cuenta de que todavía no he llegado a eso ... Pero seguiré trabajando en mi música. Hive open mic semanalmente, la comunidad musical y todas estas otras plataformas en las que canto me han dado la oportunidad de seguir mi progreso e incentivarlo ... así que estoy agradecido por eso.

Fot el "desafío" de esta semana ... Nostalgia romántica Elegí esta canción de la leyenda de la música Elvis Presely e hice un diseño de esta popular imagen de él y la hice con el tema de Halloween.

Enamorarse se hizo en 1961. El modismo en el que solo los tontos se apresuran significa que solo los tontos toman decisiones sin pensarlo mucho.

En este contexto, están hablando de amor y apresurarse a entablar una relación. Si bien hay algo de verdad en la declaración, en realidad ahora uno es perfecto y ninguna cantidad de pensamiento eventualmente calificará a una persona para el amor.

El personaje de la canción es alguien que ha intentado dejar de amar ... pero no puede.

Él o Ella repite en el coro su conocimiento del asunto, lo que es la sabiduría y la situación en la que se encuentra. La persona cree en el destino y en todo lo mágico.
