Changing our Systems - Short Video
I found a short documentary about Bitcoin on ZeroHedge. Its made by Bitcoin maximalists, and its really interesting.
While I am not a Bitcoin maximalist, there is something to be said about the most robust and secure computing network in the world, and the uses of Proof of Work in the decentralization of energy projects.
Energy is life, by the way.
I am sympathetic to the vision.
If you watch the video, you might see why. I feel like I am part of one of those 'families' that revolutionizes agriculture. The movie is talking about me!!
Where the short film perhaps falls short, is in the propogation of alts, alternative (and viable!) uses for this same technology. Of course in its short presentation it cannot be expected to explain every detail, but I find it quite exciting that innovation is still taking place, not just that we 'discovered' Bitcoin and then the world changed. We continue to innovate around money and value!
Financial innovation is enormously valuable.
We are in a time of major change
And though the times may be a changing, they don't necessarily change all by themselves. It requires people to change, to make changes, and to respond to those changes. It requires you.
You are needed. Your decisions matter. Make the right ones, please.
I am trying to. I am sure that joining this platform on 2017.05.17 was a right decision, while many others in my past were not so. And the reason for those could be traced back to my bad childhood. The environment and the people around me affected my feelings, my thoughts and my behavior in a very bad way. They turned me into something very bad.
I was bullied both in elementary school and in middle school. I also had an unrequited, one sided (and very strong) love towards one of my classmates.
Sometimes I feel like these (and other events) killed a part of my soul, or at my ability to properly feel feelings and emotions.
Hard to explain. Only God knows what happened.
So I made many bad decisions and many bad acts in my life, and I am not proud of those at all.
But I am trying to be good. Both with my behavior and with my decisions in real life, and also on the internet.
I give you some !PIZZA.

Its not that being bad is 'bad', its just that is leads to bad results. Karmas are heavy and always come back, consequences exist and will let you know. Being 'good' generally has good results, and even if they aren't good, they are almost always better than being 'bad'.

I often think about this. I probably done a horrible thing in my previous life to get all these punishments and disabilities in this life. Only God knows the reason(s) behind all of this.

I have similar feelings to you. It only pushes BTC as the solution to money and nothing about how it really solves it. After all the new technology like Defi and NFTs are amazing additions to current system.
