Letter from dCity President - New Civilization Era has come to dCity. Can you handle it?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you in an urgent monetary matter regarding 150,000 HIVE in a fund that I am overseeing. No, I am not one of those Princes writing to you with incredible offers. I am much more than that, I am your humble President, the President of dCity.
As you may have heard, a new era of civilisation has recently exploded into our world. Our scientists have made great progress in the fields of Economy and Health and the new technologies are spreading like a wildfire. So many kinds of new buildings are being erected in various cities across the land that have not existed just a month ago. We have been touching the gate of paradise but a gloomy reality has since been haunting us.
Our land has been struck with a chain of disasters. We fought our best with Power Outages or Nature Fires but we have to admit that the Pandemic that hit us emerged victorious on that occasion. We are making every effort to prevent the inevitable repetitions from being devastating but we are far from united.
People of our land are the same as people of any other nation in the world. Most of them hate change. Most of them hate making decisions. Some of them are selling their homes at laughable prices hoping to carry the cash to Binance's Centralized Smart Chain - to make their living by compounding tokens which might one day be used for something (maybe).
Many cities are being deserted and we need brave people to resettle them and fight their way back towards the prosperity that the newly discovered inventions were supposed to bring. There is much work to do!
I am not asking you to send me funds so that I can save the day. I am busy avoiding the crowd with pitchforks gathering round the capital. I urge you to buy some assets off the open market and keep them safe in your own cryptowallet to build our new future - city by city. If your leadership is good enough to handle the challenge, you will be acknowledged by the Board of the dCity Fund and receive daily payments for your efforts.

I have an actually dcity-related question:
are there any long- to medium-term plans to get the income-tax (and the daily sim-income) back to an even remotely acceptable level?
it seems a little bit of a hassle to get people engaged into the game with about 100% taxes, especially during the "event-month", where the actual players (like me) try to get their hands on those juicy central banks?
Whatever the plans are, there is no button to push. Income tax depends solely on SIM market price.
Engagement drive and 99.8% taxes are a concurrent events. That is it. Either can go on without the other.

That reminds me of a 30 years old HIV awareness campaign.
