I am distraught by the lack of Cityhelper. @mice-k come back to us soon! He's moving to Tennessee, but Cityhelper is the only Ten I see!

I am having trouble valuing other people's cities, making markets and building my alts. I have talked to mike about this in the past, but I may have to put up my own version of city helper. The github still works, so you can manually build the links.

So at least we aren't dead yet. But I'm on vacation, and @jelly13 will be president for a while it looks like, so maybe I should focus on other things.

Like arbing HBD?.

The convert mechanic is back into play with HBD spiking up to over 3 dollars. Somebody, maybe @edicted should write a post about that. I woke up at 7 am and was already late, but went to work on the ecobanker account, as the SWAP.HBD:SWAP.BUSD play was way out of whack again.

Last time we checked, @ecobanker had 7962.75 in stables in the pool above mentioned, after this morning, let's make that 8750.94. Another nice 10% boost of our holdings in a single morning - this is making 20% savings rate on native HBD look like pittance, so we are pulling out the rest out of savings.

Even though the APR often dips much lower, the arbitrage opportunities seem to be coming frequently, as is the case in volatile markets. We are very happy to earn a bit less in yearly apr for the opportunity to earn 2%, 5% or even 10% in one off opportunities. While we are using the BXT apr to buy up INCOME tokens, these gains in stable coins will go straight into the project paying off the hotel we purchased.

Last time it took 5 days to come back and arb it the other way, I will be keeping my eyes open this time again!

Found a bug with the INCOME daily post.

It was a 'major' exploit that luckily no one was exploiting, big thanks to the guy who was warning me about it @josephsavage - we got it fixed now it looks like.

We are still bashing out the code, trying to get another few things fixed, but I think that we aren't paying out people without tokens anymore. I will keep you all updated.

While we were bashing around we ended up doing a few extra payouts, happy Saturday INCOME token holders!

PsyberX is doing stuff

You may know that I have begun to work with @psyberx, helping them make posts and presenting collaborations with other projects. It's in line with what I do with the SYNERGY fund, if I can make my own investments more successful, then its win win for everyone.

I'm not the game developer, so I guess I don't really know for 100% sure, but I was involved in Chibera as a discord Moderator - and I learned a bit about red flags in that one. What I am seeing here makes me pretty confident there is a game being built. And if a game is built - we are going to the moon!

Rental Golem!

This robot keeps making me money! I want some cash, but I haven't sold any more splintercards off for the moment. I guess I will just let it ride until we see what the second half of this year has to show for Splinterlands. I think Play to Earn is going to be a big boom over the next 2-5 years, so I don't want to sell out everything I own right not - I need to keep just a taste at least!

We have also been working around town, visiting Grandpa, Dad, Mom, cousins and friends. My next post will probably be more about that - stay tuned!
