So I have UFOs on the mind lately, it seems to be the next stage of the great psyop 5th-generation warefare that is overtaking our cultural mind. I personally believe that a big shift is coming, and it looks like those in power agree, which is why they are working so hard to muddy the waters and confuse and scare the heck out of as many of us as possible.

Now age regression and flying submarines seems to go a little to far for me, but that doesn't mean everything in the video is a lie. 20+ trillion dollars in missing funds from the Pentagon is very real.
And probably so are aliens - in some form or another.
If you want a more down to earth discussion of this phenomenon, I highly suggest this video, which I believe to be about as honest an assesment as it gets - including mentioning that the UFO circles were 'ground zero' for testing disinformation and 'muddying the waters' strategies by intelligence services like the CIA.

If I had to guess at a likely interpretation, it seems to me plausible that there are more than one group of alien, and it also seems plausible that someone, maybe some government, has made deals with some of them.
From that lens, we can interpret this message. Its all really speculation, I'll keep planting trees and working on Sustainable Development either way.
Its also likely true that 'raising our consciousness' and becoming the best human beings we can - is good advice. There are a lot of things out there that we don't understand - to me this is exciting, not scary. Again, keep planting trees, doing your pushups and cleaning your room either way.
To put a point on this, I am not fully committed to 'Lizzid People', this could very well be a symbolic interpretation of our 'lizard brains', which is the source of many of our animal insticts like fear and 'fight or flight'. But I am convinced of some things:

LuckIly the aliens were so advanced they decided to make patterns in fields for us to decipher.
Considering this message in binary is the best we could come up with, I'm not convinced that this argument disproves anything.
That said, there are a lot of possibilities on the table that aren't necesarily alien, just not these two old men.
haha Brilliant! I remember that message that they supposedly sent! Im surprised they didnt just get some kindergarten kids to scribble some stuff with crayons instead. The level of discernment amongst the public is anyway at an all time low.

It is! Its also nowhere in the 'documentary', and seems to be just a random thumbnail they found.
I didn't know much about all these things before but after reading your post today I don't know many things and now I will do my own research on them.
I think it's important to be open-minded about the possibility of alien life, but also to be skeptical of any claims that are made without evidence. There's a lot of misinformation out there about UFOs, so it's important to do your research and to think critically about what you're reading or watching.
I also agree with you that it's important to be good to each other and to work together to make the world a better place. We're all in this together, and we need to support each other.
