EDS income token weekly report | Year 02 | Week 28

Hello EDS'ers. Today is the day we issue the EDS weekly report to keep all your guys up to date and let you know how things are going.

What are EDS tokens?

EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. This is currently paying out an APY to token holders of over 25%.

(Example of how the HIVE income pool is worked out)

• EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
• 12% of over 53,000 HIVE POWER pays out (53000*12/52.18) 121.88 per week
• 24,900 EDS in circulation each yield (121.88/24900) 0.0048 HIVE per week
• 0.0048 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.255 HIVE
• 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 25.5% per year

EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. The only way to mint new EDS tokens is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens. These miners when full issued and staked will yield a 20% minimum ROI per year.

EDS converts all earnings, airdrops, tribe tokens into HIVE. This account is 100% focused on powering up as much HIVE as possible. It's just that single-minded. This projects weekly saving club content is run by @shanibeer and wallet by @silverstackeruk both on behalf of SPinvest. This is a long term project and should be viewed as a token to stack up and HODL. By some miners, let them mint you some EDS tokens, build a pile and collect weekly HIVE dividends. In other words, bu some EDSM miners and forget about it. Add a few every week/month and watch your EDS pile grow. You can also buy EDS directly from the market, if you add a buy order for any amount at 1 HIVE each, it'll get filled. It might take a few days but it'll get filled as some miners like to sell their mining rewards right away to lock in them profits.

Another week has passed and again, it's been another great week. We continue to issue EDS mini miners (EDSMM) and our HIVE POWER balance is growing each week. The EDS APY is now at 28.74% which is amazing and so close to 30% which would be mind-blowing.

97 new EDS tokens where created this week as i was able to burn 100, this will be the last burn for a while. The HIVE POWER balance has grown by around 1000 HIVE this week and thus the HIVE income pool has increased to 141.92 HIVE. You can see above this has been growing by 2-5 HIVE per week. 3-4 more weeks and the income pool will cross over 150 HIVE and it'll never drop under that. Pretty good week all round, the new lease is paying us more so more earnings are coming in on top which means more HIVE POWER.

As mentioned above, a token increase of 97 this week, is half of what the increase normally is. As an easy way to remember, each EDS miner mints 5000 EDS tokens per year so we currently have 2 miners, so 10,000 new EDS are minted each year. Is this sustainable? Yes, each EDS token is backed with 1 HIVE/HP. There are currently 25,769 EDS in circulation and the EDS HIVE POWER balance is 61,079. The account has 35,940 extra HIVE that can be used to create new EDS tokens. As long as EDS can pull in 200 HIVE per week (to backed EDS tokens created by miners) in income which we already do, it's all good. In fact it's gets easier as time passes because the income is normally always increasing as it's linked directly to our HP balance which, yep you guessed, increases each week.

The EDS APY again hits another all-time high of 28.74%. I think we'll get it to 30% soon as EDSMM sales are still decent. We've had 10 straight weeks of APY gain which is amazing. Of course, this is directly linked to issuing the new EDS miner (EDSMM) for sale, still 11,500 up for grabs folks.

As always, the HIVE income pool has increased. I wonder if this could hit 200 HIVE per week by year week. Im not sure it can not, when all EDSMM are sold out, HP will slow down and the EDS APY will likely decline as a result. When I say decline, I am talking about something like 1/20 -1/5 of a percent each week. As an example, if it goes to say 32% by the time EDSMM are all issued, it might drop back down to 28-29% over the course of 1 year. It sounds bad but the tread reverses after time, a lot of time, 6-8 years and it starts to increase each week but again, only by a fraction of 1%. Interesting stuff?

How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?
If the EDS project sounds right up your street, there are 2 ways to get your hands on EDS tokens. Building a HIVE income is one of those things when it's better to get started sooner than later. We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, why not do the same with blockchain earnings? If blockchain is the future, why not be playing the game of life 3 steps ahead of everyone else? There's no day like day to start increasing your income and the snowball effect is real when you have patience.

Weekly Roundup

It's been another fantastic week as always. I dont have much more to add other than the code of the HIVE to EDSMM keeps failing for some reason. If you do send HIVE, I will manually transfer you the EDSMM to ensure you get what you paid for. If the coder tries not to get this fixed within the next few weeks, I'll just pull it and EDSMM tokens sale will be from hive-engine only. No point in using the code if it only works for a few days at a time.
