Fractional NFTs and It's Use Cases : F-NFTs on Hive Blockchain?
I have wrote in my earlier post about Fractional NFTs, what actually it is and how it works. Now today we will discuss some use cases for Fractional NFTs.
Games
Play to earn crypto games involve earning, buying, selling and trading the in-game items of which mostly are NFTs. With Fractional NFTs, games like Axie Infinity and Atlas could avail the technology and give players the ability to come together and buy more expensive items such as Spaceships etc.
Metaverse
We also have a new concept of Metaverse which is gaining popularity and companies like Sandbox, Decentraland and Facebook building in the growing virtual world, there is alot of investment expected from the physical world.
Now what Fractional NFTs could do is that it will allow people, groups of people and investors to come together and buy some virtual land and other assets in the virtual world for themselves.
Fractional NFTs on Hive?
As lately, we also have NFTs coming to Hive blockchain and it's good to keep up with the new developments and how Hive blockchain is embrassing it, probably we might have Fractional NFTs as well on Hive in near future.
And I think that this could be big because it would allow small users to bond together and buy NFTs on Hive that they couldn't afford buying alone which could boost NFT market on Hive as well.
With the new developments in technology there comes some challenges, specially when it comes to crypto.
The regulators claim that Fractional NFTs have similarities to securities and as how they deal securities, fractional NFTs might be dealt same in future.
But yeah over regulations could stop the development of this technology but it may also help democratize investing in tokenized assets.

Overregulation can stop anything, if the people allow it. Unfortunately they often allow it. The governments think that they can do anything, and they are often right, because people allow (almost or literally) anything.
When will the financial discrimination end in my country (in Hungary)? Why no one (especially the EU) do anything against this tyrant, dictatorship-like government?
What is needed for the people to attack this government, and not each other?
Nowadays people are often fight each other because of the government propaganda and the other political parties, while the current government keep the most of us under the local minimum wage, and steal everything they can.
Financial discrimination is a problem no doubt.

Awesome finally understanding Fractional NFTs is easier when knowing how they will be used. In Splinterlands they have Property Lots in-game real estate if you will. They are not cheap so I can see how 5 or 10 players buying jointly can make it more affordable.
