RE: What Michael Saylor Thinks Can Improve Social Networks

I used to think Michael Saylor was pretty awesome as well, but his whole maximalist angle combined with his manic personality comes off quite cringey these days.

According to Michael Saylor, one of the killer applications to social networks is verification and credit worthiness.

This is actually pretty interesting because it's something I think about a lot. Accounts on Hive will eventually be able to build up their reputations and even take out loans based on that reputation (usury). Just like how credit cards work.

My idea for this was to airdrop every account on Hive with a Soul token. This would allow users on Hive to "sell their Soul" to other users with a contract to pay it back later (or not).

Let's hope @devil doesn't buy all the souls here!

Anyone who has bad debt has to worry about their Soul being banished to @hell
Er wait I mean @null :D

As long as the contract stipulates you can buy the soul back you're safe though.
Also watch out for the Soul Collectors... I mean debt collectors. They'll getcha!
