Consejo motivacional para nuevos ingresos en Hive y también para los que aun no consiguen su rumbo en la plataforma.
Hola mis Hivers de @aliento hoy me encuentro por acá para hablar sobre un tema muy pero muy importante, el cual quiero que toque la fibra emocional de cada uno de ustedes, y esto lo digo por que mientras veía un par de vídeos emocionales o de motivación para impulsar el desarrollo emocional en lo que respecta a subir de escalón en el ámbito laboral, profesional, de amor, de padre de familia, como hijos, como nietos, sobrinos y pare de contar decidí escribir este post, para aquellas personas que aún no tienen un rumbo fijo en #Hive o están iniciando en lamplataforma, ojo no soy psicólogo ni un erudito de los conocimientos de la vida, pero que carajos quiero motivarlos y cargarlos de alegría y de que tengan o direccionen sus vidas a un rumbo, meta, puerto a donde llegar y luego de ello desembarcar estando felices de haber llegado allí y disfrutar del éxito para luego mantenerse allí y crecer más aún como usuarios y personas en este inmenso mundo de la blokchain de #Hive.

Acá vemos muchas personas que siguen entrando a la plataforma de #Hive, y en realidad es maravilloso que esté ecosistema siga creciendo día con día, y así como también hay personas que tienen una experiencia corta acá y vemos que aún no explotan su potencial por enfrascarse a crear contenidos que no son su fuerte y que estos no les dan los resultados que ellos aspiran. Pues mi consejo va a ser directo a la mente y corazón, si eres nuevo en la plataforma y tus primeros días han sido muy duros donde no has conseguido nada aún, no te preocupes por ello, recuerda que primero debes hacerte conocer aca por medio de tus trabajos bien sean audiovisuales o escritos, estos deberán constar de tener un sello original por tu parte y que este sea de interés público, lo que grabes o escribas trata que sean cosas que amas hacer, o que en su defecto te apasionen y puedas transmitir eso a los lectores que sin duda alguna empezarán a leerte por tu contenido, así que no agaches la cabeza y que mueran tus ganas de crear contenido, recuerda que esto se trata de conectar mente, corazón, ojos y manos en uno solo, deja que todo fluya y hazlo con amor, con pasión y corazón para que el sol salga para ti en la mañana, dale una cachetada a la tristeza y pon tu cara en alto y siempre da lo mejor de ti, y si te hablo a ti nuevo integrante, nuevo hermano, nuevo amigo que ingresa a la plataforma pues acá todos son bienvenidos hermanos de colmena.

Ahora voy con los que aún siguen buscando un rumbo en #Hive y van intentando seguir un patrón o imitar alguien acá, eso es un grave error, sabes ¿¿por qué??, el hacer eso te hace infeliz a la hora de escribir o de crear un contenido, ya que esa persona que sigues e intenta hacer lo mismo que el, el estuvo tiempo buscando un sentido una dirección y la consiguió, y no fue imitando contenidos o hacer lo mismo que los demás, lo que debes hacer es aprender lo mejor de los demás lo bueno tómalo y haz cosas que en realidad tu sientas que al momento de crear contenido te apasiona y te hace feliz, se que monetizar para muchos es prioridad por que necesitan generar ingresos y ven esta plataforma como una opción para tener una economía en sus vidas, y quien diga lo contrario es un mentiroso o farsante que quiere hacer ver a los demás algo que no es real, lo primordial que debes hacer es compartir contenido por que te gusta por que deseas llevar información a la gente por medio de tu blog y publicaciones en las comunidades donde te sientas cómodo y feliz, para que las personas disfruten de tu contenido se tu mismo, original y auténtico creerte ser el mejor así no lo seas en tu cabeza será tu fortaleza y te hará llegar a donde quieras llegar.

Ya si te venías equivocando o no tenías un sendero fijo, déjalo atrás no pierdas tiempo en el pasado y pensando en ello pues eso te hará perder tiempo, lo que debes hacer ahora será buscar el enfoque necesario y trabajar el día a día creando contenido bueno, no escribas por escribir eso es un graso error que te liquidará todo el tiempo, trae novedad, buenos trabajos contenido inédito y veras que tus recompensas mejorarán de ahora en adelante.

Por eso te hablo a ti mi hermano de @aliento mi hermano de #Hive, no vivas escondido en las sombras no dejes que el miedo te acorrale y sal a la luz y que el mundo te conozca, así te tropieces mil veces levántate mil y una ves más, de las caídas se aprenden solo levántate limpiate el polvo o arena y sigue adelante, recuerda que #Hive es un mar inmenso y aún tiene sitios por descubrir, por ello debemos leer e instruirnos de mucha gente veterana y capacitada que siempre nos dan consejos y tips para mejorar todos los días haciéndonos más potenciales a la hora de crear contenido.

Nadie acá nace aprendido, ni con las respuestas y soluciones a los problemas, así que vamos vente y camina acá en @aliento con nosotros para aprender y de que tengas una mano amiga en este transitar tan lindo y largo de #Hive, los valientes son aquellos que admiten sus errores piden disculpas y mejoran hasta que no los cometen nuevamente, por eso en mi caso e pedido disculpas cuando me equivocado o e cometido burradas acá pero las cuales no fueron premeditada sino por desconocimiento por eso les digo que el aprender leyendo y viendo vídeos de los más experimentados acá será la clave para que su evolución en esta plataforma sea lenta pero segura y que no dejen un nombre solamente en las comunidades donde hagan vida sino una huella que dure para siempre.
