Degustación de postres: Pastel de chocolate 🍫🍰

Hola amigos amantes de cocina y de la deliciosa comida 🍽️

Hoy vine con el paladar dulcero sensible, hace unos días fuí al cielo del chocolate y viene para contarlo. Aunque no suelo ser tan fans de degustar postres y lo mío es más lo salado, debo admitir que el chocolate es mi delirio cuando se trata de comer alguno.

¿Cómo llegó esa delicia a mis manos? los pondré en contexto, aunque muy poco voy a la oficina, justo en marzo 2 personas del equipo cumplen años y desde que comenzó la pandemia el hábito de celebrar los cumpleaños del mes se había perdido así que para nada tenía ilusión de algo especial porque además el equipo se ha reducido mucho porque han terminando muchos proyectos en los que hemos estado trabajando.

Sin más el jueves tuve un momento muy especial y me sentí realmente afortunada de estos detalles tan bonitos, me preguntaron mi sabor favorito para postres y luego llegó el delivery de un local llamado "tortas de primera" en Instagram, allí hacen pasteles de cumpleaños poco tradicionales con decoración que yo llamo "tipo panadería" pero con la frescura como si la estuvieras haciendo en casa.

Cada destacar que está publicidad no es paga, simplemente creo que esas tortas o al menos la de chocolate que probé fue forjada por los mismos Dioses del chocolate, realmente no exagero. Esta delicia que fungió cómo pastel de cumpleaños, tenía una cubierta de merengue italiano súper ligero y como para chuparse los dedos, también estaba acompañado de fresas, galletas y cuadros de chocolate blanco y negro. Lo que más me gustó de eso es que no estaba tan dulce porque lo mejor estaba escondido dentro, un biscocho de chocolate relleno de Nutella y chips de chocolate.

Luego de apagar las velas al cantar el cumpleaños feliz, justo ese momento al probarla, los angeles en el cielo cantaron jajajaja estaba realmente fresca, los sabores destacaban uno del otro y eso me gustó porque todo hacía armonía y creo que lo más importante en un postre es no sentir como dicen "empalagados" eso para mí hacen una experiencia con el dulce insuperable.

Tiene que saber que por su sabor pagaría todo mi dinero, pero su costo fue de 14$ por 1 kilo de torta con delivery gratis, para mí fueron muy bien pegados y como éramos pocos en la oficina y algunos por suerte estaban en dieta, traje a la casa un gran trozo de pastel para seguir la degustación, mi esposo estuvo feliz y yo no tanto, tuve que compartirla😂 créanme que me obsesioné con ese sabor.

Ya quiero visitar la tienda, está muy cerca de mi casa y los comencé a seguir en sus redes sociales y justo hoy ví una porción de torta quesillo con cubierta de arequipe con fresas que estoy segura también tendrá un sabor increíble.

Today I came with a sensitive sweet palate, a few days ago I went to chocolate heaven and I'm here to tell you about it. Although I'm not usually a fan of tasting desserts and my thing is more savory, I must admit that chocolate is my delirium when it comes to eating some.

I will put it in context, although I rarely go to the office, just in March 2 people of the team have birthdays and since the pandemic began the habit of celebrating the birthdays of the month had been lost so I had no illusion of something special because also the team has been reduced a lot because many projects we have been working on have ended.

Without further ado on Thursday I had a very special moment and I felt really lucky for these nice details, they asked me my favorite flavor for desserts and then came the delivery of a local called "tortas de primera" on Instagram, there they make untraditional birthday cakes with decoration that I call "bakery type" but with the freshness as if you were making it at home.

Every highlight that is advertising is not paid, I simply believe that those cakes or at least the chocolate one I tried was forged by the chocolate Gods themselves, I'm really not exaggerating. This delight that served as a birthday cake, had a super light and finger licking Italian meringue topping, it was also accompanied by strawberries, cookies and squares of white and dark chocolate. What I liked most about it was that it was not so sweet because the best part was hidden inside, a chocolate cake filled with Nutella and chocolate chips.

After blowing out the candles when singing happy birthday, just that moment when I tasted it, the angels in heaven sang hahahaha it was really fresh, the flavors stood out from each other and I liked that because everything made harmony and I think the most important thing in a dessert is not to feel as they say "cloying" that for me make an experience with the sweet unsurpassed.

You have to know that for its taste I would pay all my money, but its cost was 14$ for 1 kilo of cake with free delivery, for me they were very well glued and as we were few in the office and some luckily were on a diet, I brought home a big piece of cake to follow the tasting, my husband was happy and I not so much, I had to share it😂 believe me I became obsessed with that taste.

I already want to visit the store, it's very close to my house and I started following them on their social media and just today I saw a slice of quesillo cake with arequipe topping with strawberries that I'm sure will also taste amazing.
