WEEKEND ENGAGEMENT TOPIC WEEK155: GOOD BAD

Hello everyone

It's good to be here again, as always @galenkp always give us series of topics for our weekend and I will be answering with accordance to the questions below based on in my own observation and perspective.

Good bad
Can good people do bad things and can bad people do good things? Explain your thoughts in a post of at least 300 words and use a photo of something that you took personally if you can.

As humans we ain't perfect, everyone keeps doing things the way it best suit them and we make mistakes. I must say our background helps in shaping our lifestyle, that's why we have to learn and unlearn some habits, as we go in life we realize how our actions and attitude affects the other party unless we want to be selfish

Few months ago I relocated to my sister's place and obviously the change in location means meeting different kinds of people and even experiencing a different way of life. Naturally, I just switch and adapt.

Early this week the pumping machine got spoilt and getting water became difficult, this pumping machine has been giving them issues since last year like I was told and no one is willing to contribute money, although they all stay in flat but they have neighbours and everyone has agreed to get their water anywhere. I got to know they don't dig well here which I find strange, like in the whole Community and they also sell water which is free back home, you could easily beg someone and fetch from them.

Luckily for us a man staying opposite named Mr Sunday just drill a borehole and he has made a tap outside, my sister's husband went to take his permission and he allowed us to fetch water and everyone keeps benefitting. The day before yesterday the tap got spoilt and he repaired it, yesterday right in my presence a young boy that came to fetch almost removed the pipe because the tap is made in a way that you can stand to get the water from the tap but this boy had a bigger and higher rubber which almost removed the pipe, everyone quickly tried to fix it and it was manageable, this morning we went there and he didn't allow anyone to fetch again, I felt he should have allowed others to fetch, but one person's wrong have affected us all, he is a.good man but still did something bad, we shouldn't start things we know we can't cope with with.

Bad people do good things too. We.see people as being bad through their actions because of what they do or did to us. This made me remember my final year, my supervisor whom everyone dreaded alot, he is fond of failing students and always stick to it. It is always students prayer not to be under him,when I was told by the level adviser I was placed under him I felt so sad but what can I do than to accept my fate.

To my surprise he came through for me when my laptop that contained.my seminar was stolen, he was the one that helped me in changing my presentation date to the last day, so I could be able to perform very well, my co students were surprised that he could go this far for me. I came to realize that bad people can be good to you. It just depends on how God wants their purpose to be in your life.
