It's CNY eve today and we are having reunion dinner. We normally will have steamboat as our reunion dinner or we will go to Redbox Karaoke to enjoy a singing and buffet reunion dinner. But this year due to the pandemic, we can only stay at home. So steamboat is it as our reunion dinner.

We prepared a tomato soup base for the dinner. With mutton, carrot, onion, garlic and Chinese cabbage. We made the soup base in the morning and let it boiled in the simmering pot.

This is part of what we have for dinner. We have a variety of meatballs, sausages, Taiwanese sausages and vegetables in the soup. Yummilicious dinner we have.

HNY! That food looks wonderful. Over here in Vietnam us single people like me are in trouble because everything is closed for many days and I am not a good cook. So it looks like it is going to be noodle cups for me for at least the next few days!

Cup noodle can be yummilicious too. Can add an egg and some iceberg lettuce and maybe some ham or bacon to it. Then you will have a great cup of noodle. 👍😊😉
