Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | No Bake Cake

Taking part in @qurator's Hive Top Chef - No Bake Cake.

My little Vinnie is May baby. And due to MCO and self quarantine, we are all staying at home. So mommy (that's me) is making a no bake cheesecake for little Vinnie. Why no bake cheesecake? Because I don't have an oven at home.

This cake is made with an air fryer. Simple ingredients.

250g cream cheese
1 cup of whipping cream
3 eggs
4 tablespoons of flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
A quarter teaspoon of salt

1. Mix the cream cheese with sugar and salt. Whisk until the cream cheese is soft.
2. Add eggs one by one and keep whisking.
3. Add in whipping cream slowly and keep whisking.
4. Sieve the flour into the mixture and keep whisking.
5. Whisk until everything blend well.
6. Heat the air fryer at 200°C for 3 minutes.
7. Cover the bowl with baking paper.
8. Sieve the cream cheese mixture into the bowl.
9. Put it into the air fryer. 200°C for 20 minutes.

This is basically a fail proof no bake cheesecake. It's easy to make and yummy to eat.
