Simple Saturday Lunch - Chinese Herb steamed chicken
Another simple recipe sharing today. Chinese herb steamed chicken.
Ingredient:
Chicken thigh
Red dates
Wolfberry
Yu Zhu (Soloman’s seal)
Huai Shan (Chinese yam)
Dried longan
- Marinate the chicken with light soya sauce and black pepper.
- Wash the herbs.
- Boil the herbs. Me and my family love the herbal soup so I boil the herbs with one big bowl of water.
- Pour the herbal soup onto the chicken and steam for 30 minutes.
Simple yet yummilicious chicken.
