Hola apreciada familia, un gusto saludarlos y desearles un feliz inicio de semana y de mes, quisiera compartir con ustedes un evento que sucedió el día de ayer entre tres amigos.

Días anteriores decidimos compartir anécdotas junto a una merienda muy rica que no puede falta en los compartir/fiestas o en las loncheras de los pequeños de la casa y elegimos un domingo, para salir de la rutina del trabajo y oficios del hogar, el acto fue en casa de una amiga, ya que entre semana todos laboramos y se nos complica.

Para tener un break nos animamos a realizar unos sabrosos tequeños de queso con agua de panelada, en un día muy soleado y caluroso, hacia falta refrescarse.

A few days ago we decided to share anecdotes along with a delicious snack that can not be missing in the sharing / parties or in the lunchboxes of the little ones at home and we chose a Sunday, to get out of the routine of work and home offices, the event was at a friend's house, because during the week we all work and it is complicated.

To have a break we decided to make some tasty cheese tequeños with panelada water, on a very sunny and hot day, it was necessary to refresh ourselves.

Los ingredientes que se utilizaron se muestran a continuación:

• 1. Kilo de harina todo uso.
• 1/2 kilo de queso.
• 1. Aceite pequeño.
• 1. sobre de panelada.

Fue un trabajo en conjunto,se los presento familia:

La chica se llama Lisbeth Araujo, la encargada de amasar la harina dejándola en su punto para solo estirar.

Para luego proceder entre los tres a elaborar los tequeños, una interacción muy agradable, primera vez que cocinamos juntos, fue divertido, cada quien plasmando su técnica de elaboración según su estilo; entre risas y anécdotas salio un resultado muy bueno.

Then the three of us proceeded to elaborate the tequeños, a very pleasant interaction, the first time we cooked together, it was fun, each one of us using our own technique according to our own style; between laughter and anecdotes, the result was very good.

Una vez que terminamos lisbeth procedió a freír los tequeños.

De un compartir sencillo se genera grandes cosas y es ahí donde esta la diferencia.

En la vida nos toca compartir sentimientos y vivencias con nuestros semejantes, ya sean buenos o malos, pero todo con respeto por delante y vivir con emoción como si fuera el ultimo, de las pequeñas semillas obtendremos grandes frutos, en diversas facetas de nuestra vida, familia, trabajo y amigos.
