The pump attendant dressing is unique and befitting to that job.
This type of cooker is fabricated here in my town, Aba and are mostly for industrial and commercial use by caterers, fast food /eateries, bakers, etc. This is so because it has the capacity to carry big sized pots and pans.
This confirms these great city as the JAPAN OF AFRICA
