He just wrote a whole post explaining how it is a thing, and he's going on a podcast today to discuss the thing.
And people in the Man Cave have been told it's a thing for a long time.

If you read this article, his journey has been going on for 3 years.. and just told the mancave about it in 2020.

The 'live' part might have been a bit overstated, but it is in onchain, under the radar testing for more than a week now. Still a few little things to work out, the Alpha community launch will be what most people think of as 'live'.
