Institutions will come and they already are, things are different from the 2017 bull run, we are going to be seeing many crazy things. I'm even more optimistic about the development that will come as a result of the bull run when there are more funds to throw around

Totally agreed. Institutions are also aware of the problems in the monetary system. The arrival of giants will eventually trigger the governments to take a step to have an advantage so that they can utilize the flow of money ^^
