Today I want to tell you my review and opinion about a small artisan coffee stand that I found in a shopping mall, as I told you previously, I am about to graduate from elementary school in just a few months, so as I have studied a lot and my school grades are going very well, my parents always reward me every time they get their paycheck by taking me to enjoy something I like, and of course my choice is almost always to know something new that has coffee, because I love its aroma and flavor, especially when I combine it with chocolate.

I always spend my time on social networks looking for places close to where I live, that offer something new, that is different, or that bring a new recipe with coffee, far beyond simply offering a creamy cup of hot beverage. Of course, I take into consideration the prices, since my parents are working people who do not earn a lot of money and I cannot demand very expensive things from them, although I know they make a great effort to please me and support me to grow with my blog.

I also want to tell you that I never thought that I would like so much to visit places, write about them and also ask their owners to learn much more about the art of preparing a good coffee, because that is for me, it is art in the kitchen. Not everyone knows how to give the exact point of cooking to the coffee so that it is not too bitter, it is even a scientific act if I could say to achieve that it is not too hot or too cold, with the exact amount of foam, that is really a challenge.

In my research on the internet, I found this little place that just opened less than a year ago, they advertise in great detail the type of coffee they sell in a family atmosphere, with a rustic style that reminds us of the streets of Paris, that certainly was what hooked me to visit them, you can imagine, knowing a little piece of Paris in the heart of my city, I certainly could not miss it.

This afternoon, after finishing classes, I went for a walk with my mom and dad and I took the opportunity to tell them about this place and its description, so we decided to visit it at snack time. Unfortunately, I could only have a coffee but without dessert, because it is somewhat expensive, the cup of coffee cost me $3 and a piece of cake or a sweet to go with it could cost me at least $6 extra, and that was definitely far from the money I had to pay at that time.

Carbone Espresso is the name of this coffee cart run by its owners, two young brothers with the same last name, I believe of Italian descent, who are very friendly and explained to me step by step what makes them so special. It turns out that they buy a specific type of gourmet style coffee in raw beans, they do the roasting themselves in an artisan way in a separate room and bring it vacuum packed to the mall without grinding it in individual bags with the exact amount of beans to prepare a cup of coffee.

According to them, the vacuum packaging guarantees that the beans do not oxidize or get wetter than they should in the environment, so they only open the small bag at the moment they are going to grind it to prepare it immediately.

I cannot tell you if this very scientific explanation has any important effect on the coffee, but I can assure you that it is one of the tastiest coffees I have ever tasted, it was creamy, but without excess foam, a little hotter than warm, that is to say an ideal temperature for me and the decoration is great.

The cups where they serve it are personalized, they are made of imported ceramic coated with black paint without gloss, which gives it a unique look. The aroma is something super divine, so much so that you can navigate and illusion yourself as if you were walking among mountains of coffee beans, I'm not exaggerating, it's a really special smell.

The flavor is very tasty, I can tell you that my inexperienced palate was very pleased with this blend, it was a light brown style coffee with milk as they say in my country, that is to say it had a little more milk than coffee, but to be so concentrated it was not strong at all, much less bitter, it really tasted of high quality coffee without a doubt.

Well, now I will tell you a little about the place, I liked it a lot because the high and long tables are very comfortable and when the place is full of people you can meet and make friends, the wall decoration in a natural way gives a space of freshness and the lighting gives it a romantic touch, that is to say that atmosphere feels very Parisian and you relax when you enter there to enjoy a good coffee.
